Maintenance requests can now be submitted via the Resident Portal. To log a new request, simply sign on, select ‘Add Service Issue,’ complete the form, and submit. Any recent maintenance issues reported for your unit and the status will be listed through the Portal. If you have any questions on the portal or its usage, please contact your Resident Manager for assistance.
