We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our properties and providing administrative support to the property management team. The position is based out of our head office and will report to the Residential Property Manager.

Duties Will Include:

• Assist with lease administration including preparing lease agreements.
• Prepare notices, newsletters, and other resident correspondence to tenants.
• Coordinate work orders involving property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and issuing purchase orders as required.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
• Inventory management.
• Communication by phone and email in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform data entry tasks related to property management software.
• Reporting on unit vacancy and turnover, work orders, utility consumption and insurance.
• Support for building systems and access controls.
• Contract management.
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• 3 years of administrative experience or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Self motivated, takes initiative, and great time management.
• Team player who also possesses the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
